Financial services: banks & funds
We have almost 30 years of experience in the financial sector. Banka CREDITAS is one of the few Czech banks with more than 250,000 clients in the Czech Republic. We serve both retail and corporate clients in our banking services. In recent years, we have established several investment funds that expand our offering to clients with investment opportunities. Their portfolio will continue to expand. Our portfolio includes MeDirect Bank – a leading pan-European digital bank specializing in retail banking and investment solutions.





Banka CREDITAS
Banka CREDITAS is a Czech bank with over 250 thousand clients. It serves both retail and corporate clients in its banking services. It received its banking licence in 2016. Prior to that, it operated on the financial market since 1996 as a credit union. In October 2022, it bought Expobank, later Max Bank, with which it merged on 1 October 2024. In 2024, Bank CREDITAS also added Spořitelní družstvo NEY to its portfolio.





MeDirect
MeDirect Bank is a pan-European digital bank focused on retail banking and investment products. It has total assets of nearly EUR 6 billion, manages client investments of almost EUR 2 billion, and holds capital of over EUR 250 million. With approximately 400 employees, it ranks among the three largest banking groups in Malta and is a systemically important institution under the supervision of the European Central Bank. Thanks to its modern digital platform, it offers clients a broad portfolio of savings and investment products across European markets.





Max Invest
The Max Invest app offers online investment options for beginners and experienced investors. CREDITAS Group has thus expanded the investment options for retail clients with additional products, including ETFs. In addition to investing, the app also offers an educational section to help navigate the labyrinth of investment concepts.





CREDITAS funds
The group's portfolio includes investment funds and CREDITAS investiční společnost a.s., which manages funds from the group such as CREDITAS Nemovitostní I and Max Variant CZ. Over time, qualified investor funds were created: CREDITAS ENERGY, CREDITAS LOAN and CREDITAS OPPORTUNITY.





EkoRent
The group also includes the credit company EkoRent, which specializes in financing private medical practices and laboratories. It has been operating on the Czech market for more than 30 years. During its existence, it has concluded almost 15,000 contracts for more than 7,500 clients. More than 70% of its clientele consists of dental practices. However, EkoRent finances a wide range of medical fields across Czechia.
Energy: distribution and production
The CREDITAS Group, through its UCED division, focuses on investments in the energy industry in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Poland, spanning power and heat generation, distribution, and supply. In the Czech Republic, we are the leading operator of local distribution systems, contributing to energy security and serving as a partner to the Czech and Slovak states in the electricity sector. We play a key role in maintaining balance in the power grid.





Energy distribution (CZ)
The UCED energy group is a licensed energy distributor and the largest alternative electricity distributor in the Czech Republic. UCED’s distribution systems supply energy to more than 6,000 regular customers, including industrial enterprises, logistics centres, office buildings and residential areas.





Electricity and heat production
The group includes UCED BIO s.r.o., one of the largest biomass heating plants in the Czech Republic. It produces energy using waste-free technology that does not pollute the environment. UCED Group also operates and manages UCED Elektrárna Prostějov s.r.o., which has a state-of-the-art power plant with a natural gas combustion turbine. It primarily engages in support services for the Czech power transmission system operator – ČEPS, helping to maintain a balance in the Czech power grid.





UCED Slovakia: production, distribution and supply of energy (SK)
UCED Slovakia (formerly GGE) is one of Slovakia's leading energy groups. Its network covers 213 MW in the area of heat and more than 70 MW in the area of electricity. It invests in various areas of the energy industry, from power and heat generation, distribution and supply. UCED Slovakia has more than 90 km of heat distribution lines and its steam-gas-fired heating plant in Považská Bystrica is one of the largest combined heat and power sources in Slovakia.
Real estate: rental housing
and development
The Group invests in real estate such as office buildings, warehouses, industrial compounds and shopping centres. It also implements its own development projects, chiefly residential properties, and invests in land with potential for future development. CREDITAS Real Estate aims to build a portfolio of rental apartments over the next few years and become one of the leading providers of rental housing in the Czech Republic.

CREDITAS Real Estate (formerly V Invest) has been operating on the market for over 30 years. It engages in development, acquisition of existing functional buildings and the provision of rental housing. Its main focus is on properties in and around major cities.





Brno Circuit
The CREDITAS Group has significantly expanded its activities in the field of sports. After participating in the successful return of the legendary MotoGP to the Czech Republic, it also purchased the Brno Circuit itself. Thanks to its infrastructure, strategic location, and timeless track profile, the circuit ranks among the most important racing venues in Central Europe, both from a sporting perspective and in terms of its economic contribution to the region.
Other: start-ups
Other areas include investments in start-ups, for example. It supports the field of future education through augmented and virtual reality.





Lifeliqe
The Lifeliqe start-up creates virtual simulations using state-of-the-art technologies and is preparing an educational metaverse. In 2022, Lifeliqe initiated a partnership in China, with plans for holoverse labs in the country. It is also involved in adult retraining in the US state of Nevada, where it has been awarded a grant under the SANDI program. The start-up focuses on current trends in teaching children and adults. The company is headquartered in San Francisco, USA, with a development branch in the Czech Republic.
