CREDITAS Investment Group

We are a dynamically growing Czech investment group that focuses primarily on long-term investments in conservative industries. The main pillars of our business are financial servicesenergy and real estate . Our goal is to look for new opportunities on the market, make use of them and develop their potential. Thanks to the responsible approach to investment projects, we are able to achieve long-term growth and a high return on investments.

The asset base of the CREDITAS Group is worth EUR 13 billion (as at 31th December 2025). The founder and owner of the CREDITAS Group is Pavel Hubáček and his family.

Main areas of operation


Financial services

We have almost 30 years of experience in the financial sector. Since 2022, Max banka has been part of the Group alongside Banka CREDITAS, whose planned merger with Banka CREDITAS took place on 1 October 2024. In recent years, we have also established several investment funds.


Energy

CREDITAS, through its UCED division, focuses on investments in the energy industry in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Poland, from power and heat generation through distribution to supply.


Real estate and property development

The group acquires completed real estate, manages its own developer projects, and invests in land. The strategic plan is to build up a wide portfolio of rental apartments.
