David Hubáček

He graduated from the Faculty of Management and Economics at Tomáš Baťa University in Zlín. He gained managerial experience in various companies within the group as a member of management or supervisory boards. Since 2021, he has been building his own group of companies, which focuses on property development, real estate and renewable energy. Since 2025, the CREDITAS Real Estate division has been under his leadership, and he also manages the group’s energy assets.
