CREDITAS Real Estate to Develop Another Major Residential Project in Brno
October 12, 2026
CREDITAS Real Estate is strengthening its position as one of Brno’s leading property developers. Alongside Vista Lískovec, a project that will deliver nearly 1,000 residential units across several phases, the company is expanding its portfolio with a new residential development, Sekoria. Located in the attractive Ponava neighbourhood of Brno’s Královo Pole district, the project will offer a total of 262 apartments. Construction is scheduled to begin in early 2027, with completion planned for 2029.

“Brno is an important market for us, and one where we intend to continue growing. Both Sekoria and Vista Lískovec reflect our development philosophy: creating modern urban homes with a distinctive character, high-quality architecture and genuine added value for everyday living,” says Borek Simandl, Sales Director at CREDITAS Real Estate.
The first phase of Sekoria will comprise 262 apartments, ranging from studios to four-bedroom layouts, complemented by commercial space and 324 parking spaces. The residential complex will consist of four separate buildings, ranging from seven to twelve storeys in height. A landscaped courtyard will provide space for relaxation and social interaction among residents. Apartment prices will start at CZK 5 million.
Královo Pole has long been one of Brno’s most sought-after residential districts. The area combines excellent access to the city centre with proximity to universities, employment opportunities and a wide range of leisure activities. Restaurants, cafés, schools, sports facilities, parks and public transport stops are all within walking distance. Another major advantage is the neighbourhood’s proximity to technology companies and Brno University of Technology.
The architectural design was developed in collaboration with OFSTONE studio, with a strong emphasis on giving each building its own distinctive identity through carefully selected colour accents and an original wayfinding system. Colourful design elements will feature not only on the façades but also in entrance areas, shared interior spaces and garages, helping to create an intuitive and visually distinctive environment.
“We want to develop projects in Brno that become a natural part of neighbourhoods such as Královo Pole and Starý Lískovec, contributing positively to their character and atmosphere. We believe in urban living where people do not need to rely on a car and can meet most of their everyday needs within minutes, whether on foot, by bicycle or by tram,” adds Borek Simandl.
