CREDITAS Celebrated Several Milestones

Employees, clients and partners gathered for the CREDITAS Gala at Prague’s Forum Karlín to celebrate the major anniversaries of three companies within the CREDITAS Group: 35 years in real estate and development, 30 years in financial services and 10 years in energy.

The past few years have been pivotal for the Group, which continues to grow dynamically not only in the Czech Republic but also across Europe. In the energy sector, the Group has entered the Slovak and Polish markets through UCED. CREDITAS Bank completed its merger with Max banka and, thanks to the acquisitions of MeDirect Bank in Malta and Belgium, is now expanding into Western Europe.

Real estate is also an integral part of the Group’s DNA. In development, CREDITAS is building premium projects in Prague and other cities. CREDITAS Real Estate has thousands of residential units in dozens of projects in its portfolio, with thousands more in preparation both for sale and rental housing.

These diverse areas share a common goal – growth and success built on the solid foundations of high-quality work and bold, well-considered projects.
