U Milosrdných Project Nominated for Building of the Year 2025

A record number of 130 projects entered this year’s prestigious Building of the Year 2025 competition, from which the expert jury selected 45 finalists — including the exceptional U Milosrdných project by CREDITAS Real Estate, located in the historical heart of Prague.
On November 4, during a festive gala evening at Rudolfinum, the project will compete for the Building of the Year 2025 title, the Public Choice Award, and other distinctions.
The expert jury personally visits all nominated buildings, as on-site inspections are considered crucial for an objective evaluation of each project. As in previous years, the entire competition is accompanied by a film crew producing a unique documentary that captures all participating projects.
The U Milosrdných Residence was built on a remarkable site in the very center of historical Prague, between Kozí Street and U Milosrdných Street. The project stands directly opposite the Convent of St. Agnes and just steps away from Old Town Square. The complex urban context, heritage protection, and public expectations made it one of the most demanding construction challenges in the city center. The design was created by architect Zdeněk Fránek.
