Vista Lískovec: A New Project from CREDITAS Real Estate

Brno's Starý Lískovec district is set to be the site of one of the largest projects in the South Moravian region. This will be a complex featuring several buildings with hundreds of apartments, plus a mix of commercial spaces for shops, restaurants, and other services. The centrepiece of the CREDITAS Real Estate development will be an eighteen-storey building with a distinctive cascading design, providing residents with unique terraces and stunning panoramic views. Sales for the apartments have just begun. Construction is planned to start in the third quarter of this year, and completion is expected by the end of 2028.
